I pin pointed what not to do and what needs to be changed and even the constructive explanations of why that is wrong. but the writer repeats the errors and is not creative as well. wasted so much of my time. worst writer ever.

Overall the writer did a nice job and I appreciate that, just would have liked to be able to review it sooner and not minutes before it's due.
