The writer did not use the sources provided even though I made it clear that they had to. Some sentences (mostly in the introduction) were repetitive and did not make any sense. Overall, I needed to fix a lot of the paper.

In addition, the requirement was for 5 sources in addition to the textbook. The finished product only had 3 sources in addition to the text. Additionally, several careless typos were made. This was supposed to be the highest level of writing. Dissapointed.

Most of the numbers and percentages did not come from true resources. I could not find that information on any of this information and it was not cited. I reached out for a revision at no charge and as of now, no one has replied to me. I have been a loyal customer for a few years but after this incident, it is likely that I will not continue to request your services.
