VERY BAD. THEY LIE TO YOU. THEY ASK YOU TO RATE THEM BEFORE THEY FINISH THE WORK AND THEN WHEN YOU GIVE THEM 10 , YOU CANT COME BACK AND SAY HOW BAD THEY ARE!

Did not receive the paper on time. When contacted the writer always gave me a time when it was going to be completed, but was never completed.
