the deadline is approaching and the writer is not responding to my messages, in addition he's offline always.

I asked for a philosophy paper, this is essay is not deep enough to be a philosophy paper

Writer totally misunderstood the assignment. After a multiple corrections still it was not done correctly. Obviously, writer did not have any experience/ knowledge in this subject. Final paper did not meet my expectations and I couldn't even ask for more corrections because of the deadline. Very disappointed. wasted $75

He did not follow the instructions. Also, he did not answer the questions that I gave him about type 1 and 2 errors in (research and statistic). He provided general information about HR and other things, but I wanted him to explain everything in statistic

then copy and paste what you wrote in the essay to each element of the outline ! this is what i asked for and its very clear as you can see in the attached sample!
