Writer was heading towards the wrong direction. Wasted an entire day on it. Do not see the point in wasting even more time when the writer clearly does not understand the fundamentals of writing a literature review. Very disappointed.

Lack of communication. Therefore, instructions not thoroughly followed.

I want to say that I am very disappointed. Peterm, the person supposed to get my paper ready, very bad communication, no sympathy. First he takes an hour to answer my messages and then he asked me for more time cuz he was taking a nap??? I considered very disrespectful. In regards to the website I have no complaints, however, this person that I picked for my assignment was just horrible. Not recommend at all. Very bad experience and I would want no one to go through it.

Miss the deadline. Zero work update. Unable to communicate with the writer even though he/she is shown ONLINE. Never replies my message once.

Paper was delivered on time and writer was willing to make adjustments. However, the quality of the writing was not the best. It was filled with “ fluff” without facts from the case. I'd give the writer a B-

Draft did not address the points required by the paper. It was more of an explanation of the theory rather than having comparisons to other cases/studies. Lots of spelling error as well.

I had to rewrite the majority of the paper and correct all grammatical and citation errors. Horrible paper, horrible writer.

Bad quality, referencing was terrible. He referenced page 75, when the whole book is 51 pages. The second reference was not even academic writing.

She didn't understand what the paper is about. clearly she didn't read the instructions.

Given the amount of time I can understand the quality of the work, but the inability of the writer to finish by the deadline they agreed upon is unacceptable.

Very poor, didn't complete. Disappeared and wouldn't respond.
