It was supposed to be a two page program for improvement.  it was two page paper it only one paragraph for Improvement

Did not fully meet the requirements. Have silly mistakes for book review such as writing about the author as a man when it's actually a women. No response to the chat.

I said no further sources needed. It was only a summary of a video. And now I ended up again with poor writing. This is not good.

Plagiarism exists frequently and the writer doesn't understand the required, but he  accomplished the paper before the deadline.

Do not encourage extremely poor writer, had to tell him word by word, just took the money did nothing be aware.

The answer did not include planning cost management, estimating costs, and determining the budget as I requested. It has only the % that I gave as an example. I was expecting to have the budget size at least.

I am not happy with the paper I received. It is filled with simple grammatical errors and cites information that is not contained within the source and does not cite information that is not routine knowledge therefore needs to be cited. The writer edited parts I already completed and added another 1400 to 3000 words without adding any new sources.

Quality was enough for me to be able to make it my own with follow-up work.
