the writer he didn't understand the work well

The writer said they wanted the assignment and understood the instructions, then after I assigned, they said they weren't comfortable with it.

I paid for three pages. the first page was supposed to be the abstract and the second and third page were supposed to be the paper. I got 2 1/2 pages with no abstract. I need a revision to include the abstract no greater than 2 hours. That's my paper deadline.This is the second issue from this site.

writer failed to complete the work within the dead line. failed to communicate.

Doesn’t read all the messages, so he leaves out some important information. I had to repeat myself 3 4 times. He doesn’t like it when asked to revise something. Says stuff like “hope this is the last time I work on this paper, etc
