I received a draft first, upon receiving the draft I realised the assignment would not be completed to the standard that I wanted it done. I asked customer service to provide me with a specific requested writer. I was instructed to give this writer another chance, which I did. The work has come back not up to the standard that i've wanted it. If the work was essay format it would have been perfect, however this piece of work was a powerpoint presentation and had very different requirements. The brief was not followed how it should have been.

The writer was very kind and responsive, but lacked in writing skill level (it was very convoluted and many sentences didn't make sense) and didn't quite cover what I'd asked for even though we talked about it. If you want a simple, for completion essay that sounds nice, go for it. But if you want a good essay that flows and has a thorough analysis, try writing it yourself.

I only gave a one star because of the way he handled it he never follwed the instructions like I asked him too i told him 8 pages per slide and then a reference page and then a opening slide and then i had to go in and put tittle on the slide because he didn't put title on the slide. I am not very happy with this or satisfied either. I paid 160 for him to do not all of the work and was not done in order of the instructions I will be call customer service

The writer accepted the assignment claiming that he knew the subject matter and how to write the paper. He did not. He did not follow all the directions and even after many attempted corrections, the sentence structure as well as the overall thrust of the paper was not what was needed not to mention that it took weeks to still not have what I paid for. Customer service did not resolve this to my satisfaction.
