quality of work was good but the writer totally ignored the instruction about the changes that were required and intentionally blocked the assignment to make re-changes, which I didnt ask for because my deadline was in 10 mins, the writer ended up giving me the assignment 2 hours after the deadline which caused me getting a penalty of 25% deduction from the final marks. the assignment might be worth 60-70% but Ill end up getting 45%.

I would like a refund of $60 due to the writers inability to perform work. The writers work for not professional, and the writer did not read the required work in order to prepare. The writer did not understand the instructions, and drafts were incorrect. On Sunday I had to create the whole project because the writer included plagiarized( straight from the book) work or put pictures without any explanation.

Even though the work was finished, the writer did not mark it as complete. I wasn’t able to make the last part of the payment because of it. Therefore I couldn’t download the document. I am very disappointed. This person doesnt understand anything and on top of that she's a liar. I explained what was wrong with the paper, and he said he understood. 8 hours later, s/he comes and says I didnt say what was wrong. Thank God the conversation is saved.
