Please consider the issue of collateral estoppel and privity and it's impact on the decision of the court - for this case

Not very happy with this essay. Doesn't sound like something I would pay someone to write.

Chat rep is excellent but writer used made up citations and did not use uploaded sources. When I informed you of this the writer used the uploaded source names but fabricated the quotes that were not anywhere in the articles and made up page numbers.

Bad grammar, not using examples and the writing is very vague

Subject wasn't fully understood, even after attaching a screenshot of the actual assignment. Writer put forth best effort, but after being notified for the first time two hours prior to the deadline, and a revision being done an hour after the deadline, I decided to do it myself. The amount of explanation I used in the chat box explaining what needed done to the writer was more than the required word count for the actual paper..

this writer had 15 days to complete the essay but passed the deadline and was very bad at responding,very unhappy

instructions were not meet completely although good paper instructions were left out.

Unfortunately, this writer did not work out as expected. Friendly and courteous, but not to the level expected for MBA.

I am not satisfied with level of deliverables.

I got 0 on this homework. I need my money back. Otherwise I will contact bank just dispute my bill.

This writer did not do any of the work assigned and has not responded to any of my messages. Luckily I checked before the deadline and was forced to do my assignment and hour before the deadline, which means that my work was not thorough and will likely result in a bad grade. I am disappointed and nothing like this has happened to me before on this website. Extremely unprofessional.

This writer clearly told me he can do my work! After a day he sends me a message telling me to cancel the order as he does not know how to complete it!
