instructions were not followed correctly and though he wanted to revise it, he refused to do it as i requested

not sure how a top writer.

He failed me on my assignments and refused to read the passage required to answer the questions correctly, he is horrible and repeatedly used excuses to why he couldn't complete the task with a passing grade. He does not write college level work, it was cut and pasted from google.

The writer is a liar

Writer was unable to finish the work for me by the deadline, didnt even show any apologetic attitude/gesture, pretty disappointed at his service regardless of the quality of the paper. I have to submit my work and just hope the professor can accept it
